The South Korean tech giant Samsung has launched the Galaxy Buds 3 FE, a pair of affordable TWS earbuds that aim to strike the right balance between features and affordability. For instance, the TWS offer active noise cancellation, but they’re also pricier than the previous model.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 FE costs $149.99 in the United States, which is $50 higher than what the Buds 2 FE cost in the region. They’re available in two colors: Gray and Black. In the United States, the earbuds will be available from September 4, 2025.

As and when the TWS earbuds arrive in India, they could be priced around Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000. However, like other Samsung products, they could get a massive price cut shortly after launch, lowering their price below Rs. 10,000. However, at the moment, this remains a conjecture.

Talking about the Buds 3 FE, they take after the Pro earbuds’ design, featuring a long stem that protrudes out of the ear. With dynamic drivers, active noise cancellation, and Crystal Clear Call technology, the earbuds also offer touch-based volume and playback control.

Users also get features like Auto Switch, which switches the TWS from the Samsung device they’re currently paired with to the device that needs an immediate audio output. Like other Samsung devices, this one also comes with heavy Gemini integration, wherein saying “Hey Google” will connect you directly to the AI assistant.

They also offer the live translation functionality (with built-in Listening Mode and Conversation Mode). Regarding battery life, the Buds 3 FE can last up to 8.5 hours of playback with the noise cancellation turned off, and up to six hours with the noise cancellation feature turned on.

In the case of the former, the charging case adds another 30 hours, while in the latter, the charging case can provide another 24 hours of listening time. The earbuds alone measure five grams each, while the charging case measures 41.8 grams. Regarding connectivity, the earbuds support Bluetooth v5.4, with SSC, AAC, and SBC. Last but not least, the Galaxy Buds 3 FE come with an official IP54 dust and water resistance.
