Notably, the company has introduced the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphones to the global market. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra was recently unveiled in China, while the Xiaomi 15 made its debut in the country in 2024. Both devices will now be available worldwide alongside the Xiaomi 15 Pro. Additionally, the launch date for the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra in India has been set for March 11, when pricing and promotional offers for the Indian market will also be disclosed.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra: Features
Flagship Xiaomi 15 Ultra flaunts a 6.73-inch AMOLED micro curved 2K display with 120Hz refresh rate, 3200 nits brightness, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. It also comes with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and is protected by Xiaomi Ceramic Glass 2.0.
Xiaomi has powered the Ultra member of the lineup with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB storage onboard. It runs Android 15 based Hyper OS 2 out of the box. The device supports AI features as part of HyperAI, including AI Dynamic Wallpapers, AI Search, AI gesture Reactions, AI Art, AI Subtitles, AI Writing, and AI Speech Recognition. The phone also gets Google Gemini baked in.
In terms of camera, there is a quad lens setup at the back. It includes a 200MP Leica periscope sensor, 50MP primary lens, 50MP telephoto lens with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide sensor. There is a 32MP sensor at the front for selfies and video calls. Under the hood, Xiaomi 15 Ultra packs a 5410mAh battery with 90W wired and 80W wireless charging speed. The phone is IP68 rated and comes with Dolby Atmos dual stereo speakers, NFC and 5G connectivity.

Xiaomi 15: Features
Xiaomi 15 is powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It boasts of a 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3200 nits. The smartphone runs Android 15 based Hyper OS 2 out of the box with a suite of AI features and is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.
In terms of camera, Xiaomi 15 features a 50MP Light Hunter 900 primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP 3.2x telephoto sensor at the back. There is a 32MP OmniVision OV32B40 selfie sensor at the front. Under the hood, it packs a 5240mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support. Xiaomi 15 is 8.08mm thick and weighs 191 grams. It also gets an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for security.

Xiaomi 15 & Xiaomi 15 Ultra: Global pricing
Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be available in 16GB RAM + 512GB storage model for EUR 1499 in Europe. 12GB RAM+256GB variant pricing hasn’t been confirmed yet. Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography Kit Legend Edition is priced at EUR 199.

Xiaomi 15 Series: India Launch
Xiaomi 15 Series will launch in India on 11th March at 12 PM IST. Xiaomi India X account has shared a poster of the Ultra model in Silver Chrome color option while the standard model featured the Bright Silver colorway. The specs are expected to remain the same as global variants.
