The Honda car runs on a 1.5-litre Atkinson cycle DOHC i-VTEC petrol engine which is matted with two electric motors. It claims to offer 26.5kmpl fuel economy and 1,000km of range in hybrid mode. It produces an output of 126PS and a peak torque of 253Nm.
The Honda City Hybrid has a sporty cosmetic comprising a slim front grille, fog light garnish, rear diffuser, and trunk spoiler with blue-accent Honda logos at the front and rear.
The e:HEV has an advanced 8-inch touchscreen infotainment display, a 7-inch TFT driver cluster, an electric sunroof, ambient lights, LED interior room lamps, rear AC vents, and a dual-tone black colour theme. It offers six airbags for safety.
