TL; DR
  • The new Vivo T4 Pro is confirmed to launch in India on August 26.
  • Its main highlight is a 50MP camera with 3x optical zoom capability.
  • Expected to be priced between ₹29,000 and ₹34,000 with a Snapdragon chipset.

Last week, we brought you an exclusive look at the specifications for the upcoming Vivo T4 Pro. Today, Vivo has made it official: the new smartphone is set to launch in India on August 26th, just a week from now.

To build the momentum, Vivo has launched a promotional microsite for the T4 Pro. The site not only confirms the launch date but also reveals several key features. The company is heavily promoting the phone’s camera capabilities with the tagline “Flagship-level Zoom,” a clear nod to its 3x optical zoom sensor.

The microsite also showcases the two launch colors, Blaze Gold and Nitro Blue. Interestingly, the T4 Pro appears to share many core specifications with the recently announced V60, though it drops the premium Zeiss camera optimizations.

Vivo T4 Pro Specifications (expected)

Based on our previous leaks and details from the microsite, the Vivo T4 Pro is expected to feature a 6.7-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the T4 Pro is to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

On the optics side of things, the T4 Pro is expected to feature a 50MP Sony primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. There will be a 50MP camera on the front for all the selfie needs.

Other features on the smartphone include dual 4G/5G, Bluetooth 5.4, under-display fingerprint scanner, IP68/IP69 rating, stereo speakers, FunTouch OS 15 based on Android 15, and a sizable 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support.
