Samsung is all set to host the Galaxy Unpacked Event on July 10th in Paris. The event will see the launch of next-generation foldables, Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 along with a host of other devices like Buds 3, Buds 3 Pro, Watch 7, and Watch 7 Ultra. Samsung is also expected to announce the Samsung Galaxy Ring during the event which will be a wearable just like a watch, but with a compact form factor. Samsung has already shown off how the Galaxy Ring looks, but now an apk teardown has revealed the health features the ring will support.

Samsung Galaxy Ring: Health Features Tipped
A report by Android Authority claims a bunch of features for Galaxy Ring unveiled via the Samsung Galaxy Health App. According to the apk teardown, the ring users will be able to measure their heart rate and stress and monitor readings on the app.
Galaxy Ring will come with a temperature sensor and menstrual cycle predictor. The ring will also come with the ability to detect snores but this will need your smartphone along with the ring similar to how it is needed with the Galaxy Watch. Snore tracking within the Health App needs your phone to be nearby and charging and the user will need to allow Samsung Health to record audio through your device to detect one’s snores. The user will get timestamped audio recordings of their snoring and heavy breathing. The Galaxy Ring will work similarly to the Galaxy Watch.

Leaks have confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Ring will come in nine sizes from 0 to 9. It will come in three colors, silver and black, and weigh between 2.3 to 2.9 grams. It is expected to pack a 14.5mAh to 21.5mAh battery, including features like wireless payments, bloody flow measurement, fertility tracking, and more.
The features of the Galaxy Ring are similar to those of the Galaxy Watch, but the ring will have a more compact form factor than the watch. Leaks suggest that the Samsung Galaxy Ring will be priced between 300 USD to 350 USD which means around Rs. 30,000 in India. To know more about the Galaxy Ring, click here.
