OPPO has officially confirmed that ColorOS 16 will launch in October 2025, marking one of the company’s biggest software rollouts yet. The stable version is expected to arrive by the end of October or possibly November, aligning closely with the global push of Android 16.
Closed beta testing is already underway in China and India, with the Find X8 series serving as the first devices to receive early access. We are expecting OPPO to expand availability in mid-September through the open beta program. The rollout should begin with the Find X8 series and gradually extend to the Reno 14 series and several other devices.
