Oppo is making a bold statement in India’s competitive smartphone market. The company has confirmed its next flagship phones, the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, will launch in India next month, and they’re coming with a powerful new engine: the MediaTek Dimensity 9500.
Announced at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025, the Find X9 series will be the first in the world to feature MediaTek’s new flagship chipset. Combined with its signature Hasselblad camera system, the lineup is shaping up to be a serious contender against 2025’s top phones.
Debuting the Dimensity 9500 SoC

The Dimensity 9500 is the centerpiece of the Find X9 series. This flagship processor is engineered for intense AI tasks and high-end gaming, featuring a cutting-edge core structure with a prime core clocked at an impressive 4.21GHz.
According to MediaTek, this new chip delivers up to a 32percent boost in single-core speed and a 33 percent improvement in graphics performance over its predecessor. In plain English, this should translate to instant app loading and silky-smooth gameplay. To handle the power, Oppo has included a custom vapor cooling system to maintain performance during long gaming sessions.
Design and Variants
The Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro will be available in Chasing Red, Velvet Titanium, and Frosty White, with a Fog Black option exclusive to the standard model. Both devices will be configurable with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
Hasselblad Camera System
Oppo is continuing its partnership with photography legend Hasselblad. The Find X9 Pro is teased to feature a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens with a 70mm focal length, aimed at delivering professional-grade clarity and zoom. The company will also include a Hasselblad Professional Photography Kit in the box for enthusiasts who want more granular control over their shots.
Software and Rumored Battery Specs
The Find X9 series will ship with ColorOS 16, based on Android 16. The software will include Oppo’s Trinity Engine, designed to optimize multitasking and ensure the phone runs smoothly.

While Oppo has kept official battery specs under wraps, rumors suggest a significant upgrade. Reports are pointing to a massive 7500mAh battery for the Pro model and a 7000mAh unit for the standard Find X9. If these rumors hold true, the Find X9 series could offer some of the best battery life on the market. Official details on charging speeds are expected at launch.
