Lenovo has launched its first handheld gaming console, the Legion Go, in India. With a starting price of Rs. 89,990, the device offers a huge QHD screen, a powerful processor, and, more importantly, tons of storage to install your favorite video games. Lenovo Legion Go Specifications
The Lenovo Legion Go sports an 8.8-inch QHD touchscreen with a refresh rate of 144Hz. In addition to supporting 500 nits of peak brightness, the panel supports 97 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut. Under the hood, the portable gaming console features the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor and RDNA graphics.
The processor is paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a whopping 1TB of SSD storage. The device’s battery is 49.2Wh. In the box, users get a 65W adapter, which can charge the device to 70 percent in 30 minutes. In terms of connectivity, the device has two USB Type-C 4.0 ports, a microSD card reader, and a headphone jack for connecting wired earphones.

Given that all the components are crammed up inside the portable body, the Legion Go features Coldfront technology to keep the temperature in the optimum range. There’s a 79-blade liquid crystal polymer fan that doesn’t make much noise (25dB) in Quiet Mode. Even in the Custom Mode, where the portable console unleashes its 25W TGP for maximum performance, the Coldfront technology prevents thermal throttling.
Legion Go Features Offers 10 Programmable Shoulder Buttons
Technical specifications aside, the Legion Go’s controllers feature hall effect joysticks to minimize drift and improve responsiveness during gaming sessions. The controllers provide several options for input, including a suite of inputs, an integrated trackpad, a sizeable D-pad, and an angled mouse wheel. It also has 10 programmable shoulder buttons to provide additional control in the game.

Legion Go Availability And Price
The Lenovo Legion Go is available to purchase on Flipkart and the company’s official website. According to the listing on the e-commerce platform, the Legion Go with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage costs Rs. 89,990. Buyers will also get a three-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for free with the device. The device will be up for grabs starting July 1, 2024.
However, we aren’t sure about the price of the model with 1TB storage yet.
