TL; DR
  • iQOO’s Z11x 5G launches in India at Rs. 18,999 with a massive 7,200 mAh battery, Dimensity 7400 Turbo, and dual IP68 + IP69 water resistance.
  • The phone packs a solid 50MP Sony camera and 120Hz display, but the LCD panel and unchanged 44W charging are genuine weak points.
  • Available from March 16th on Amazon and iQOO’s eStore, it directly challenges the Redmi Note 14 5G and Realme 13 Pro on endurance and durability.

If your phone dies before dinner, iQOO has been paying attention. The Z11x 5G launched in India today with a 7,200 mAh battery — which, to put it in perspective, is larger than some power banks people carry specifically because their phones can’t last a day. Beyond the battery, there’s a new chip, dual IP68 + IP69 water resistance, and military-grade durability certification, all starting at Rs. 18,999.

The iQOO Z11x 5G is available in three memory and storage variants.

Titan Black and Prismatic Green are the colour options — both names written by someone considerably more excited about them than you will be when you see them in person.

Sales begin March 16th on Amazon and the iQOO India eStore. Axis Bank and SBI cardholders get up to Rs. 2,000 off, and six months of no-cost EMI softens the upfront hit further. Do the math before paying full price.

The Dimensity 7400 Turbo is a genuine step up from last year’s 7300 — iQOO claims 1 million on AnTuTu, which is a number worth treating as a rough compass rather than a destination.

The display is a 6.76-inch FHD+ LCD at 120Hz, 1,200 nits peak. LCD in 2026 is a conversation — AMOLED rivals exist at this price, and anyone who’s watched a dark film on both panels in a dim room already knows which side of that conversation they’re on.

The Sony IMX852 at 50MP with f/1.8 is the kind of sensor that doesn’t need much defending — it’s been doing quiet, competent work across mid-range phones for a while now, and the images it produces are generally better than the price suggests.

Right beside it is a 2MP depth sensor; a camera so token in its contribution that most photographers have stopped pretending it matters, yet somehow it keeps showing up on spec sheets like a relative who wasn’t invited to the party but came anyway. The 32MP selfie shooter with 4K video is the more legitimate supporting act. UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR4x RAM won’t set any records, but won’t cause frustration either.

7,200 mAh is a big number — and unlike most big numbers on a spec sheet, this one cashes the cheque it wrote. Moderate users will end most days somewhere between 30 and 40 percent; heavy users will actually finish the day rather than negotiating with a wall socket at 7pm.

The frustration is the 44W charging cap, which hasn’t moved since the Z10x. MIL-STD-810H certification and IP68 + IP69 ratings close things out — unusual at Rs. 18,999, and the kind of specs that tend to matter about six months into ownership rather than on day one.

iQOO Z11x 5G: Competitors

The Redmi Note 14 5G and Realme 13 Pro are the natural rivals here — both with AMOLED panels that the Z11x can’t match on contrast or colour vibrancy. Nothing Phone (2a) Plus sits slightly above in price but offers a cleaner software experience and a design people actually notice.

The Z11x’s corner is battery and toughness; no competitor at this price bracket comes close on either count. If those are your priorities, the decision is fairly straightforward. If they’re not, there are better-rounded options worth a look.
