Honor 100 Series Appears On Geekbench Ahead Of Launch: Here’s What The Listing Reveals

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Honor will launch two new smartphones in China on November 23, 2023. These phones, including the Honor 100 and the Honor 100 Pro, run on different processors and chipsets from Qualcomm. As revealed in the Geekbench listing, the Honor 100 will run on the latest Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, while the Pro version will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the second-fastest chip from Qualcomm.

Honor 100 Leaked Specifications

The vanilla Honor 100 has the model number “MAA-AN00.” The Geekbench listing reveals that the phone features a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, with four cores at 1.80 GHz, three cores at 2.40 GHz, and one prime core at 2.63 GHz. Out of the box, the smartphone runs on Android 13.

The single-core performance score of the smartphone is 1,139, while the multi-core performance score is 3,375. It is important to note that the variant on Geekbench had 16GB of RAM, with 14.85GB of memory available.

Honor 100 Pro Leaked Specifications

The Honor 100 Pro, on the other hand, appeared on Geekbench with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, including three cores at 2.02 GHz, four cores at 2.80 GHz, and one prime core at 3.19 GHz. This variant, too, has 16GB of RAM on board, of which 14.94GB is available.

Regarding the phone’s benchmark results, the Honor 100 Pro scores 1,882 in the single-core and 4,923 in the multi-core performance test. Based on the Geekbench listing, the series will position itself as a premium mid-range smartphone with capable chipsets.

Honor 100 Series Could Feature A 1.5K Display

Regarding other specifications, the Honor 100 could feature a 1.5K eye-protecting display with 3,840Hz PWM dimming technology. Further, both phones are said to feature 100W wired charging capability. Regarding optics, the primary camera on the phones could be a 50MP sensor with optical image stabilization. The regular model could feature a semi-circular camera cutout, while the Pro variant could come with a pill-shaped module on the rear.
