Editor’s Note: Please remember that the Prime Day price, mentioned for each smartphone, is inclusive of its respective offers (including Amazon coupons or bank discounts).

1. Lava Storm Lite 5G

  • Marked Price: Rs. 10,999
  • Prime Day Price: Rs. 7,199

The Lava Storm Lite 5G is one of the most affordable yet capable 5G phones on the market, and it will be available at its best price during the Prime Day 2025 sale.

In my opinion, this is the perfect 5G handset for budget-conscious buyers, elderly users (who simply require a fast internet connection and a big screen to consume their preferred content), or for people who’re looking for a capable secondary smartphone with decent battery life.

The phone offers a 6.75-inch IPS screen that supports a refresh rate of 120Hz, sports the Dimensity 6400 chipset (which also powers more expensive models), a 50MP primary camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery.

What’s unique about Lava is that the brand offers free home service for its smartphones and has 700+ service centers across the country.

2. iQOO Z10x 5G

iQOO Z10x colors and design
  • Marked Price: Rs. 17,499
  • Prime Day Price: Rs. 12,749

Released in April 2025, the iQOO Z10x 5G could be the perfect multimedia machine for budget buyers.

Compared to its competition, the iQOO Z10x 5G (review) has a bit more character in its specifications, primarily due to its massive 6,500 mAh battery, which supports 44W fast wired charging. With light usage, the phone should easily last you for more than one day.

Other specifications of the smartphone include a 6.72-inch IPS screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, the Dimensity 7300 chipset, a 50MP primary camera, and the option to get up to 256GB of onboard storage.

Please note that the price mentioned above applies to the baseline variant, which includes 128GB of storage and 6GB of RAM.

3. Samsung Galaxy M36 5G

Galaxy M36 5G comparison
  • Marked Price: Rs. 22,999
  • Prime Day Price: Rs. 16,499

The Galaxy M36 5G is a new smartphone; it will debut during the Prime Day sale.

We recommend this phone due to its 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, which supports a 120Hz refresh rate for an excellent visual experience, the Exynos 1380 octa-core processor for smooth multitasking, and a triple-rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, ideal for capturing memories and recording 4K videos.

The phone also provides an all-day battery life with its 5,000 mAh battery. You also get access to Google’s Circle to Search and Gemini Live AI voice assistant.

4. OnePlus Nord CE 5

OnePlus Nord CE 5
  • Marked Price: Rs. 24,999
  • Prime Day Price: Rs. 22,999

If you’re looking for a mid-range device with a no-nonsense feature set, a reliable operating system, and a relatively affordable price tag, the newly launched OnePlus Nord CE 5 could be your next phone.

You should consider the handset for its 6.77-inch Super AMOLED screen (120Hz), the capable Dimensity 8350 Apex Edition chipset (the vanilla version of this chip is typically found on more expensive devices), and the 50MP primary camera, as well as four years of operating system updates.

If your priority is battery life, the OnePlus Nord CE 5 (review) packs in a 7,100 mAh battery that supports 80W wired charging. So, not only will the phone last longer, but it will also charge faster. Moreover, you’re looking at one of the most value-for-money devices in the market.

5. OnePlus Nord 5

OnePlus Nord CE 5
  • Marked Price: Rs. 34,999
  • Prime Day Price: Rs. 29,999

Along with the Nord CE 5, OnePlus has also launched the Nord 5, which costs more but offers some quality-of-life improvements.

For instance, the 6.83-inch AMOLED screen features a 144Hz refresh rate, paired with the more powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, which unlocks 144 fps gaming in popular video games like Battlegrounds Mobile India and Call of Duty: Mobile. You also get a 50MP primary camera and a 50MP selfie camera for capturing clear pictures and selfies.

In addition to all the aforementioned specifications, you also get a massive 6,800 mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. So, you get more power, more battery life, and four years of software updates, all in one package.

6. realme GT 7

  • Regular Price: Rs. 39,999
  • Prime Day Price: Rs. 36,999

Moving up the ladder of price, the realme GT 7 is yet another candidate that ticks almost all the boxes, making it an easy recommendation.

The phone offers an LTPO 7.68-inch AMOLED screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, runs on the powerful Dimensity 9400e processor that provides 120fps BGMI gameplay, boasts two 50MP rear-facing cameras, and provides 256GB of storage right from the base variant.

Apart from these specifications, the realme GT 7 (review) also features a dual-cell 7,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery that provides approximately eight to 12 hours of screen-on time, and possibly even more if you’re a light user. The 120W SUPERVOOC charging system charges up the battery in around 38 minutes.

Honorable Mention: Although it’s not available on Amazon, the realme GT 7 Pro (review) is currently selling for Rs. 40,999 via realme’s official website, making it the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Elite smartphone out there.

7. OnePlus 13s

  • Regular Price: 54,999
  • Prime Day Price: Rs. 49,999

While there are plenty of big-screen flagships on the market, the OnePlus 13s creates a unique position with its compact form factor.

For the price, you get a 6.32-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset (which is currently the most powerful chipset Qualcomm has on the market), a dual-50MP camera system on the back, and a 5,850 mAh battery that supports 80W wired charging that provides at least seven hours of screen-on time.

The OnePlus 13s (review) can handle demanding workflows, such as heavy multitasking, playing video games at the highest settings, and editing 4K videos, with ease. Popular battle-royale video game Battlegrounds Mobile India also runs at 120 fps on the phone.

Editor’s Note: I’m not including the iPhone 15 in this list, since our price tracker suggests that it has been available at a lower price than what Amazon is advertising for the Prime Day Sale.

8. iPhone 16e

Apple iPhone 16e Hands-On Experience Nostalgic Chassis Design With Inspiration From Older Models
  • Regular Price: Rs. 53,600
  • Prime Day Price: Rs. 49,249

The iPhone 16e could be the perfect secondary smartphone Apple users want. Although Apple is opening up its ecosystem bit by bit, performing tasks like transferring a file from an Android device to a Mac, or an iPhone to a Windows computer, isn’t exactly seamless.

If you already own several Apple devices, including an iPhone, and all you’re looking for is a secondary iPhone that can handle the basics (for work, business, or for a parent who has gotten accustomed to iOS over years but doesn’t want the latest or the most expensive iPhones), you can’t go wrong with the iPhone 16e.

While recommending it as a primary handset is slightly difficult for me, as I can’t see myself using a phone with one rear-facing camera and a notch up top in 2025, if you aren’t someone who indulges in regular photography or aren’t a big fan of Apple’s Dynamic Island, the iPhone 16e could be the right smartphone for you.

And yes, the handset supports Apple Intelligence, if that’s something you’re interested in.

9. Xiaomi 15

  • Regular Price: Rs 64,999
  • Prime Day Price: Rs. 59,999

Looking for a compact flagship with a versatile camera setup that provides multiple perspectives? I’ll recommend the Xiaomi 15, a no-nonsense, full-fledged compact flagship that cuts no corners (sort of).

The phone features a 6.36-inch LTPO OLED panel with a peak brightness of 3,200 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it features the top-tier Snapdragon 8 Elite (3nm) processor, and a 5,240 mAh battery that supports 90W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging (for added convenience).

However, Xiaomi 15’s main selling point is its triple 50MP camera sensor, including one primary sensor, another sensor with 3x optical zoom, and an ultrawide sensor. If you wish to know more about the smartphone, check out our detailed Xiaomi 15 review.

10. Galaxy S24 Ultra

  • Regular Price: Rs. 89,999
  • Prime Day Price: Rs. 74,999

Possibly the best deal of the Amazon Prime Day 2025 Sale is Samsung’s S24 Ultra at an effective price of Rs. 74,999.

If you look at the 2025 flagship market, you can get phones like the iPhone 16 (review), the Galaxy S25 (review), the Google Pixel 9 Pro (review), and the newly-launched Nothing Phone 3 (review) at a similar price.

However, and I mean this in all seriousness, there’s no other smartphone that offers as much value, features, functionality, and a more holistic flagship experience as the S24 Ultra (256GB) at Rs. 74,999. This is also the lowest price since the phone’s launch in January 2024.

There’s a gorgeous 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with 2,600 nits peak brightness and a 120Hz display, a quad-camera setup with a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP 5x telephoto camera, a 10MP 3x telephoto camera, and a 12MP ultrawide camera, wherein all the sensors are functional.

You could argue that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 isn’t as powerful as the Snapdragon 8 Elite, but I can assure you that the processor offers more capabilities than the majority of users can utilize. Additionally, it comes with numerous Galaxy AI features. Moreover, the S24 Ultra (review) is a steal of a deal at Rs. 74,999 during the Prime Day Sale 2025.
