Tipster Digital Chat Station recently shared insights on Weibo regarding the ROG Phone 9 Series. The leakster claims to have obtained the ROG Phone 9, which is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition chipset, noted for its superior heat dissipation capabilities. DGC has verified that the ROG Phone 9 features the first-ever 185Hz LTPO display, an IP68 rating, and AniMe Vision optical matrix technology designed for an enhanced gaming experience. Additionally, users can anticipate AI functionalities, according to the tipster.
Recent reports suggest that the ASUS ROG Phone 9 could feature a 6.78-inch LTPO display capable of reaching 2500 nits of brightness, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. It is anticipated to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition chipset, complemented by an Adreno 760 GPU, with configurations offering up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

The device is likely to operate on Android 15 with ROG UI and include a rear camera system consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 13MP secondary sensor, and a 32MP tertiary sensor.
